This is still under construction - being worked on. Will feature a more in-depth look at all his films - Grand Canyon [ Carlos' Friend] (1991) He's seen really quickly sticking his head out of the back of a car window, talking to another guy - Poetic Justice [Mailroom Supervisor] (1993) - Menace II Society [ Vato #2] (1993) - Fortress [ Nino Gomez] (1993) Clifton is one of the main characters in this futuristic Sci-Fi movie about a couple guys trying to escape from a high tech prison.. A little corny at times.. but worth the rent to see him in his first big role : ) - Sworn to Vengance (1993) ~ TV Movie - The Stoned Age [ Tack] (1994) Well.. This is one of my all time favorite movies.. Although (besides my best friend) I seem to be the only known female who likes this movie (I guess we just have a good sense of humor!) Anyways... Clifton really does make this movie, and *no one* could've pulled off Tack like he did! He is just too damn funny in this movie, and the movie itself is a hoot.. I recommend it to all :) - Witch Hunt [ Tyrone] (1994) ~ TV Movie - One Man's Justice [ Jarhead #2] (1995) He's shown playing a video game in a crack house, and then tells off one of the 'bad guys' when they break in. - Dead Presidents [ Betancourt] (1995) He has a couple scenes in this movie as one of the soldiers - Sgt. Bilko [ Soldier] (1996) He only has one scene in this movie at the very beginning.. (the guy who didnt win the lottery) - The Bad Pack [ Townsman 1 ] (1997) - 187 [ Cesar Sanchez] (1997) This movie is a little slow, and the ending seemed a bit far fetched.. but IMO, Clifton did a great job playing a bad ass (a far cry from Tack.. hee hee).. Ok, for whatever reason this movie has grown on me (Why do I watch a movie more times if I don't like it? I have no idea) But anyways.. I like it more now than I did when I first saw it last year.. Just thought I'd share that :-) - The Replacement Killers [ Loco ] (1998) This movie was fun.. If you like those typical shoot em up movies with the typical plot. We only get to see him twice however. He was the comic relief (there is always one humorous guy somewhere in an action movie!) I kept hoping they were going to take him with them to go get the 'bad guys' but.. *sigh* they left him stranded without a car or guns! Oh yes.. you'll get a kick out of his braided hair and gold front teeth.. :-) - The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit [ Martinez ] (1998) This was a cute lil movie. Clifton plays a guy who chips in with 4 other guys to buy this white suit. They all each get to wear it for an hour, and it grants them a wish, so to speak. Clifton's character gets the attention of a girl he had a crush on, but had never paid attention to him until he wears this suit. - The Defenders [ Nelson Rodriguez ] (1998) I haven't seen this yet, and probaly never will (but I was at the set a couple times..woo!) Anyways, all I know is that Clifton plays a law student. - My Sweet Killer [ Horton ] (1998) - Light It Up [ Rivers ] (1999) - Price Of Glory [ Jimmy Ortega ] (2000) - Road Dogz [ Raymo Serrano ] (2000) This is the indie film he did w/his friend, Jacob Vargas - Tigerland [ Miter ] (2000) - Traffic [ Francisco Flores/Frankie Flowers ] (2000) - The Castle (2001) TV APPEARANCES - Acapulco H.E.A.T. [played David Kern in the episode:"Code Name: Desert Dragon"] (Nov.02/1993) - Live Shot [played Carlos Sandoval in the episode:"For Whom The Stinkin Bell Tolls"] (1995) - Land's End [episode: "Red Cadillac"] (Feb.24/1996) - Walker Texas Ranger [played Fito in the episode:"El Coyote"] (1996) - ER [played Mr.Brown in the episode:"Tribes"] (April.10/1997) I saw this episode a few yrs ago.. He's seen a couple times as a drug addict in a wheelchair who eventually scams some form of pain killers from a doctor (after promising to go to rehab), his last line before leaving the hospital "never trust a junkie".. I didnt even recognize him here when I first watched it, but I happened to have that episode on tape and went back to it later when I found out he was on it.. yet another complete change from some of the other roles I've seen him in :) - NYPD Blue [played Jimmy Cortez in the episode:"I Love Lucy"] (April.22/1997) - Crisis Center [ Nando Taylor] (1997) This was a short lived series that aired in early 1997 on Friday nights on NBC.. To my distress, I found out he was a cast member on it after it got cancelled so I never saw an episode. The show also starred Kellie Martin (Life Goes On). - Diagnosis Murder [played Boyd] (1999) - Martial Law [played ??? in the episode "The Friendly Skies"] (Nov.06/1999) This episode also starred, Dave Navarro, Bret Micheals, Jon Dough, David Silvera, and Rick Springfield. |
